"After graduating in Psychology I began my career as a social worker, primarily supporting troubled families and individuals. During this time I witnessed the how damaging stress and emotional problems can be on a person's health and relationships. However my work showed me that with support, guidance and empathy many of these issues can be resolved. This experience led me to further study counselling and eventually qualify as an RSA counsellor in 1998 specialising in bereavement. Since then I have run my own counselling clinic where I have had the pleasure of helping many people through their life challenges and finally brought a smile back on their faces.

As a counsellor it quickly became apparent how interconnected the body and mind was, people with emotional or psychological problems seemed to frequently suffer physical illnesses. So when I first learnt of Homeopathy through a close friend I instantly saw the benefits. Treating each patient as an individual and placing importance on the mental, emotional and physical facets rather than just the symptoms was clearly the best approach to treatment. After using Homeopathic treatment myself and hearing many success stories from friends I was encouraged by the safe and natural solutions it provided and decided to become a Homeopath.

I studied for four years in the London College of Practical Homeopathy and  qualified as a practicing Homeopath in 2006. Since then I have held a busy clinic in Luton providing Homeopathic, Counselling and often integrated services to a variety of patients. I am very passionate about helping people reach their optimal health so they can live their lives to the fullest."
